The San Francisco Chronicle’s Ray Ratto has an interesting article about the recent Raider news in addition to news about wide receiver Chaz Schilens and his  foot injury. The one positive thing to take from this article is that there is now a greater possibility for UTEP alum Johnny Lee Higgins to move up the depth chart and get more playing time. Broncos Sign Marcus Thomas

The Star Tribune out of Minneapolis-St. Paul is reporting this morning that former UTEP running back Marcus Thomas has been signed with the Denver Broncos after RB Ryan Torain was released.
